No. But I have watched an awful lot of Initial D, so that counts for something.

I've never driven one. I don't really mind the cars themselves, in fact if I a saw a low km one for sale at a realistic price I'd probably get one...

I do like eight sixes and have driven a few 4A powered adm sprinters, although they're damn fun there are plenty of other vehicles I'd prefer to own/drive on a regular basis.

Picking up a set of wata's for my Stanza this weekend. Not the dope sizes that I've always yearned for but they'll sure do the trick. 14x6J +10. Will post up pics once fitted.

Ps. that commonwhore is pretty sweet. Breathers on top of cam covers and horizontal catch can a common thing on those type of 8's?

There's probably a few other cars I'd rather live with but they're all turbo!

Yeah the breathers set up like that are common, I'm not sure where the vent is on that one though. I think for a circuit car a catch can has to equal your sump capacity or a certain percentage of it.

I'm going to get myself some Dunlop sp sport r7 semi slicks for the mini, I've got no power so I may as well have some work.

Good work on the Wata's, I love em.

The apprentice at work cracked his rear hub assy on his Ceffy, idiot drove from Sydney to Newacstle with a car that was moving all over the place.

Would be common in the group C era as , to my knowledge, they weren't allowed as much oiling freedom as they would have later on; the group A Holdens a couple of years later mostly ran dry sump setups.

Calling on Floody and all you VMX buffs. I have, as I mentioned before acquired a IT 175, it starts first kick, but 1st gear is slipping majorly, now my question is, is it definatly the gear itself? Could it be the selector fork? I have plenty of experience with cars, is a motorbike gearbox fairly similar? Is it a doable DIY job or are special tools required?

That sounds quite bad grammatically sorry.
AiDeN J - Shut up Ross why don't you get one of those rare 700c forks up ya you dirty hipster

RCOH - Think of farkin as North Korea, POSM is Kim Jong-Il and you are no one.

If all else fails look fast across the finish line where everyones watching.

Chucked a bigger rear sway bar in my own car this arvo. I can't recommend it highly enough to the FWD crew. I'm cornering so much faster, the car is more neutral at the limit and overall more fun. I can pitch it in to a tight, tight corner and not have massive understeer and the car just feels very 'chuckable' - and it definitely wasn't before. I feel I can put the power down much quicker on exit from a corner too.

    Incredible value for money upgrade.
