On the dirt day one vid they said rennie has flown home to train for the worlds?
Sounds strange if it is true, just wondered if anyone has got any more info on this?

cool thanks for that, makes sense, i spoke to rennie about it at Adelaide & he said then that he was gettin conflicting advice from the docs & they were changing thier minds every other day.
Some time off will prolly do him good i reckon, ppl have been baggin him out for being overweight but as all riders know it would be hard to get fit while u r carrying an injury like that. Plus all the travel cant be good for it. As anyone who has travelled lots knows travel is fun at first but the novelty soon wears off. I don't do 10% of the travel those guys do & it always knocks me around for a few days, ive always wondered how those guys do it year in year out & then have to perform at their peak.
I hope rennie does take some time off to get this injury right, he has the skills we all know that but the body isn't comin to the party atm... he will be back on the podium dont worry & then all those interent bitches can eat thier words...

Yep, Rennie is a legend.
He'll be back. Better to take some time off and get right than have a big fall because he's underdone and do more damage to the knee or somewhere else.
