most of the foods today are made for one reason alone "MONEY". even the so called healthy alternatives. if they spend a lot of money on advertisment, that should start the warning bells ringing. if nature makes it, "good". if man makes it or tampers with it, "they're trying to make more profits,"bad"". if you have the time find out how they make margarine. that should be enough to put you of eating it.

I thought it was because he was getting hammered by his coach for eating crap ... so he backed off and started eating healthy ...

usually fast food, kfx, hg's, macd'os. Carbs, chips, soda, lots of red bull and stuff. That usually keeps us going.

Curry pies, sausage rolls, cupcakes, neenish tarts, dohnuts, 1/2 a chicken and tofu burgers from the East Blaxland Bakery and Fish shop seem to do a good job of keeping our crew going.

A big thanks to the locals at the East Blaxland food establishments.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and red bull in the real Man size can

Since when does carbohydrate loading not work? It is a proven method and it does work. It will just go to fat? that's fact is it? there are many factors that would influence whether it will go to fat.

Sure, it may not be the most effective method for someone who has little exercise in their lifestyle and is not loading for a specific event, but saying that it does not work and turns to fat is just plain false information.
