i lived in a town that had the highest rate of brown snake bites in Aus,the brown is a strange snake as it will stand its ground when confronted a rapidly strike,because it has very small fangs and highly toxic venom,so we recon that it is allways the second rider that gets bitten as the first rider disturbes the snake and is ready to strike at the second rider,thats why its important to always be first.
