Default Rock Shox Reba 29 RL setup help

Have my new shiny bike with the Rock Shox Reba 29 RL fork. I'm at a loss on setting it up as bike came with no docs and the forks dont have any pressures printed on them.

Searched the sram website for docs but nothing..

Also, can anyone explain the negative pressure setting and the benefit of using more/less then the + pressure?

A quick Google led me to MTBR and this thread, and this comment
NOte that the Reba SL 29 (custom for Specialized) is not called in there specifically but seems to have the same settings as Reba/Pike/Revelation Dual Air
led to this pdf on Sram's website.

Note that I don't use one myself. I stay rigid all the time.:p

Thanks for the swift reply! Interesting info on different schools of thought for setting these things up! Gimme the simple 1 air pressure + rebound clicker anyday!

btw, my reconstructed wrist needs something to "soften" up the trail even if its "only" 100mm ;)
