WORLDS LONGEST BIKE JUMP TEASER
Well here it is, it’s all we can offer up at the moment. Yesterday Jason Rennie set a new distance world record for jumping a bicycle at 134 feet and 6 inches riding a Kona Stab Supreme. In freezing temperatures a select crowd gathered at the Coed Llandegla bike centre in North Wales and watched Jason comfortably blow away the current record of 116’ 8”, which has been held for the last few years by BMXer Colin Winkleman. It was a show of pure professionalism and precise bike handling. You’ll just have to buy the next issue of Dirt for the full story and photos.
By the way, he was being towed in at 80mph seconds before this shot was taken!
