Bike: 2006 Norco six 2 with black E-13 bashy and SRS, new short cage LX derailer, and shit loads of sticker on toptube and down tube (DVS, maxxis, ashgrove cycles, and more). it also had a 661 dirt lid helmet on it, the dirt helmet had a shit load of stickers, from apple, maxxis, mase, and the list goes on

Date it was stolen: 6th July 2007, at around 12:30-12:45


Where it was stolen: out side a bike shop where the whole world could see it. it was sitting in the racks just out side the front door of ashgrove cycles, with the Dirt lid on it. i went inside to have a look around for about 10mins and when i went back out the bike was gone, we asked everyone around the area and no one could find it or saw anything. we looked around for a bout 2 hours and no one could see anything, the cops no and if anyone see's any one riding a six 2 to ring me or the cops

Id alwasys wondered about leaving my bike out that shop..just proof its not safe.
I live in The Gap but hang around nurses during the day on thursdays and some weekends....but I wont be since I dont have a bike atm.
Anyways, you will get your bike back, dont worry...you live in the suburb and so do lots of other bikers.

Sorry to hear that Pozzie. You just got that bike and you would never shut-up about it. By the sounds of things you have dont it up well, so hope-fully it will be noticable.

Me and all my friends lie our bikes up against the metal chair about 5m away from the shop every week when we went for rides and it seemed like a safe place, but it's unforntunate for you to loose it right infront of the shop. I think I will start to carry a lock around these days.

I will keep a good look out for you pozzie, and will let you at school or call you and the let police know if I see anything around the place. Good luck mate.

Gabe, I rekon that the asshole would hav gone towards the gap. Because there is that downhill to the gap........like if u were gonna steal a bike would you go up hill or down hill when you did it? Might go near the bowl and hav a look probably mostly those little kids riding bmxes that tried to fight us for riding the bowl with mtbs, haha, worth a look though.
