*Things to note: not all the feeds below are the same. Some are more stable, and some are enocded at lower or higher bit rates. Freecaster encodes their video at around 800kbits/sec which equates to 80KB/sec. This means that you'll need at least a 1500Kbit ADSL (or cable) Internet connection in order to keep up with the streaming of the feed. 512k users can try a couple of the other feeds like MTBcut but will most likely run into issues with the video and audio going out of sync. Also with such a large data rate if you watch the full two hours coverage for both the 4x and DH you will go through around 1.2GB in quota (2-3GB for both) so please be weary that you don't get a massive ISP bill.
