so, As you may have guessed I've been "dumped". the I just love you as a friend routine.
As I'm sure all of you have been in the same position, how do it get my mind of of it? how do I stop thinking about this girl?

Look, you'll feel crap for a few days. No getting round that.

Surround yourself with friends and keep busy- it'll keep your mind off it.

Despite what people say, hot chocolate is great at the end of "that" day. But during the day, (while not in a beautiful hot chocolate enduced sleep) try to spend time with guy friends, pissing around and doing guy stuff.

This always helps me get my mind off it, after a while you will realise mates are just as much fun for general hanging around as she was. (Anyone that says the obvious here is in the Welshy hate book)

Try to talk to her as well, as much as it will hurt just try to stay friends, it will help in the long run.

Rebound girl. When I feel the break-up coming I always look for one, It works quite well and if they dump you they get pretty cut if your with another girl after 3 days. But if you dump the girl never do this, at least wait a month or more.
