Okay so rant engage
I've recently got my Red P's and had to apply for a Moderately Powered Exemption certificate because my truck is a V8. It's 185hp/340nm of torque and weighs 2500ish kg, (2004 Land Rover Discovery 2a Classic) and it came back today saying it's not a moderately powered vehicle, it's supposedly a high powered vehicle.
Nek minnit, a mate of mine with a a turbocharged Silvia with some ridiculous power output applies for a HIGH POWER and it came back saying he needs a moderate. FML
So my question is, how the flying bejeesus is an old V8 that makes 23hp per cylinder a high powered vehicle?!?!?!?!?!?! Damn you Queensland transport, gosh darn you to heck.
Rant over now
