Small update.....if you're planning on coming along, please bring whatever tools you can as we won't have access to the usual supply of Council owned stuff. Shovels, rakes, mattocks.........etc.

Build day this Saturday

It's that time again folks. Hold on to your Saturday morning, there's trail to be built.

More details to follow on meeting time/place. But we'll be continuing on the great work that was started last month, the climb needs finishing and linking with the new downhill, and the new downhill has a heap more work needed.

This is some really exciting new trail, so come along and lend a hand, the more people we get digging, the sooner it'll be ready to ride (and it's really shaping up to be something special!!)

Hi all, I haven't ridden at Menai for about 3 years (since the trail closures), but used to ride there a lot with JBR, and sometimes with Nerf. 2 friends and I are planning a ride tomorrow starting from Ansto at 11:30am; don't suppose anyone is available and keen to show us the new work? Always nice to meet new riding peeps; happy to return the favour if you want to visit the gong... Cheers, Steve :)

Ben, just imagine the rock work we will be able to
create with the help of our newly sort mechanical assistance..........

and when Dan fixes up our very rudimentary and poorly constructed
work,it will be rideable......

I saw the strava a few pages back but where is the best to park and get access to the trails themselves? Signs around there on Heathcote road show "Trail Closed" and on the other side it seems to signposed with no access or the Feds will get ya signs?

as willsy said.........
when you come to the fork in the road ,after the tip entrance,
take the right ,ride up to the gates (you'll be able to get in just on the right of the gate, trail head is about 500/750 meters along .......
post up how you get on.
