PLANS
For the short term, cosmetics and comfort.
I want to do lime green cables on it and grips (current grips are for tiny hands it seems)
Pedals are in the crosshairs. Not that I need to upgrade in the short term, but because... I mean... plastic. If I do replace. I'm thinking something lime green and with clips. Might as well learn as when I finally hit the trains, flats and HT could be tricky.

Flats + hardtail isn’t that bad.

Spank do some nice green ones......
I was looking at the FUNN Mamba ones. You can get them in a one-sided version. So potentially best of both worlds.

how about a quick release seat clamp to get it right out of the way at the BMX track..
Yeah. It's on the list. Made life a lot easier on the Enduro with the quick release.

Either way. The only thing in the near future is some sort of brake upgrade.

The current ones are really decorative. Did a quick lap up and how the street between rain and I wasn't able to lock up the rear.

Good result, they are sweet frames! Norco have always been my first preference, seems like they suit tall guys so well.
Enjoy it. ;)

Go full flat or spd. Don’t wannabe chuckin a sick foot out skid and put the foot back on the wrong side or something.

Full arse one thing, don’t half arse two things
I tried a set of Shimano touring type pedals once, flat on the top and SPD on the bottom, the thing was that was how they were usually orientated whenever you wanted to clip in as the SPD side was marginally heavier so would always rotate so it was on the bottom, a proper pain that was.

Well you can't really do that with a DJ bike...
Haha. Yeah probably not.

Just have to add some clear vinyl wrap and fashion something so the chariot bracket is more stable.

Bedded the brakes some more and they are acceptable for riding to and from the park.

Definitely not trail ready though.
