I've looked at blocks in Ballarat, you're lucky to get 600 square metres these days. I grew up on a farm and miss having no neighbours after living in town for a last 10 years. Actually, it wasn't too bad until some bad neighbours turned up. Unfortunately you can't always pick your neighbours, but I'd be much happier if there was a greater distance than 20m either side of me.
