Disagree. His base are approx. 30% of the population - and every last one of them needs to get out and vote if he's gonna get across the line, plus the undecideds (let's say another 25-30%) - who are the ones who can be influenced by this stuff.

He needs to win every battleground state to stay in, some of which he only just - just - won in 2016. At least a couple of them look totally gone for him if polls are to be believed.
