just got back from another round of MTBO....I do it on my robot bike, but be fugged how you guys out there do it on a normal rig, and get to all the control checkpoints in the time slot....I missed a few controls and still blew out over 3 mins!

Tutorial #1. How to remove an Ali express cassette.
Step 1. Collect a grinder, hammer and cold chisel.
Step 2. Start getting caveman with your shit!

Step 3. Hit it with a hammer.
Soon you’ll will end up with this.
Final step. Toast your success and bask in your glory with a tasty beverage or two. Regardless of the time! This is a two beer job. My only mistake was starting it before smoko.

I cut up cassettes all the time but for making metal sculptures not when getting them off the wheel.
(BTW, that's not a cold chisel, it's a wood chisel)
