    You laugh you lose

I got a chuckle yesterday from this diagram from a (genuine) truck workshop manual under the "door trim removal" procedure: 😂

    The cooking thread

I like to give them a bit of a pre-steam if doing this or sometimes they just dry out and are horrible. Pre-steam ensure pretty good chance of nice caramelisation ("carmelized" for the Americans playing at home). That being said, the freshness of Brussel sprouts at the local stupidmarket varies...

    The stupid questions thread.

The dealer will 99% probability just sublet an alignment to a tyre fitters/wheel alignment company to do anyway but charge you a premium to cover the labour rate to drive it round there and back. A good wheel aligner will disregard the factory specs when appropriate and potentially give you a...

Newly Released eBikes and eComponents General

All this time I wondered how he had the edge on me on flatter, pedally trails - now I know the truth! 🤣

Ai: the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Rotorburn.....

This seems to be a very pertinent question. If they need that much water why would they be allowed to run as a total-loss system? o_O

What does your day look like?

You spend more (daylight, weekday) hours in my town than I do! 😂 PS: The Powerfuel in Wunghnu is normally significantly cheaper for fuel again.

Newly Released eBikes and eComponents General

This is information I did not need to hear. I hope they only do full builds so I won't buy one. 😬

How was the highway speed driving (if you had the chance)? My cousin has a BYD Sealion 6 and while it'll let you comfortably plow over speedhumps at low speed, it was pretty floaty at 100km/h.

Project Car / Motorbike thread. Let's see 'em.

Arguably it matters little where you buy it, it's where you choose to service it that'll make the most difference in the ownership experience IMO.

    Little Things You Hate

https://www.rainx.com.au/product/rain-x-original-glass-water-repellent/ Works amazingly well, takes 5-10 minutes to apply. The steeper the windscreen angle the more effective it is at speed. I even did the work car. I'm doing something like 25,000km a year currently and I need to reapply it...

And people that don't clean/Rain-X their windscreens! Why would you voluntarily drive around with smeary blurred vision in the rain! 😵

Newly Released eBikes and eComponents General

I often end up thinking "just give it a blat you soft prick!". It's a shame seeing timid seniors pootling supercars around. Defeats the purpose for me. Though to be fair the same could be said of me and my bike builds...
