Yep what flamshmizer said, buy a kit there relativly cheap on ebay and fluid is about 10 bucks for a litre bottle which will do many bleeds, there a heaps of videos on youtube on how to do them by avid tech, in my opinion they are very easy to do.

Wicked bike you have there, i would change -the wheels something a bit stonger with some descent hubs. -change it to 1 by 9 (or 10) with a different guide -maybe a different shock how much did this beast cost?
