thanks for the replies, it it were just metal coping i was doing id stick with chromo but its those concrete ledges in street and it just gets a bit boring only being able to do feebles on them and im not one to kill pegs in a week so i think ill get one for the front just to give it a try...

plegs? hey i was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with plegs. i met this guy who was just running one at the front cause he wanted to feel that he could trust them to slide doing smiths but but had a regular chromo peg at the rear because he didn't trust the strength of plegs...

hey does anyone have an opinion on bmx sprockets?

bmx cranks are designed to work well doing street, mtb cranks are designed for mtb. I really dont see much of an upside to mtb cranks for street as bmx manufacturers would have caught on and updated their cranks. and then of course you can use bmx sprokets which make ratios easier to figure out...
