try a bit of wd 40 around the top crown and then hit it upwards with a rubber mullet.. I had the same problem and this worked for me

In my top crown on my forks two screw heads have broken off in the crown...what would be the best cheapest thing to to to get them out or do i need to get a new crown. or anything that i could use around the house to get them out

i have a Dh specific on the front and a Kenda kentic on the back but i want to get another Dh specific
