    I ended up configuring uptimerobot.com to inform me when the site came back online, I grew frustrated checking. Even then, between the time the email was sent and I managed to read it, site was back down.

    Getting around a locked BIOS

    F12 should get you to the boot option menu on all dell laptops. When attempting to reset the bios password, after entering the reset code bios-pw.org gave you, did you press control + enter or just enter? Must be control + enter. Sometimes, it takes three attempts at entering the reset code...
