I'd say jacko is on the money with 400lbs. I'm a little under 90Kg with a 500lbs My brother is the same weight as you but runs it very stiff for his weight at 450lbs

Think you're right... just had a look at the syringe I use and would be more like 20mL My bad! :)

i use 50ml of 15wt in each leg along with plenty of slicky honey in around the seals. that's what i found worked best from memory, (i run an avalanche cart now so haven't done it in a while) hope it helps
