My Mountain is a quality focused bike shop that values workmanship and service over sales and profit. We aren’t trying to be the biggest, nor are we trying to cover everything. We aim to offer the best possible balance of quality and price, and when you can be paying thousands of dollars on your dream bike quality does matter. Do you want it slapped together in 30 minutes by a 17 year old part timer, or would you prefer it built with love and attention by an experienced mechanic, then setup and fitted professionally? We believe in the latter because it isn't just a bike, it's a vehicle to adventures and a unique sense of freedom that every cyclist understands.

Our attention to detail and customer service means that when quality, value and knowledge are wanted we are the bike shop of choice in Melbourne. We constantly strive to offer our customers great pricing but without compromise to the way in which we do things. We never cut corners, we never just “bang it out” and we will never let anyone take something away we know isn’t right for them....no matter how much of a bargain it might be.

When dealing with My Mountain you can expect to find friendly knowledgeable staff that ride just about any bike they can get their hands on. You are also likely to find us out on the road, at a cylocross event, or in the middle of nowhere on a trail-ride with our customers. Ultimately we believe that our approach to selling gear supports local companies and riders which helps grow our sport in our back yard.
