Looking for a small fatbike for my lady. Up to 17"(although would have to have a short/low top tube). 197R/150F axles. Will pay up to $2k although will consider cheaper models Am located in the ACT, could travel for the right bike or pay freight. Cheers.

Hey Mark, the Garmin 800 series are pretty good (regardless of generation), there may still be 800s available, not sure, I enjoy mine. Google away, Pushys sometimes have good deals on Garmin. Have a close look at the specs and decide what's important/required for you.

Nothing found yet.. 200mm + steerer is a must, will consider pretty much anything with a 20mm axle and 100mm+ travel.

Local bike brands Cell & Polygon do great bang for buck bikes in your budget.. Check out the hardtails from Cell, very well reviewed.

I just bought some of these "waterproof" 8 cell 18650 packs as I do some pretty long hauls at night and one of my 8 cell packs is on its way out now. I have to be honest I'm now using Gloworm XS lights on head & bars but they're a fair bit more spendy. Can't beat the Solarstorms for value but...

+1 for the Solar storms.. Red ones are brighter (no shit!). Best bet is also grab yourself a bigger battery so you can use the original as a back up and get some more run time: these packs are sweet & will happily charge with your Solarstorm charger - all should be 8.4v Battery & Light links...
