work/trades...what do you do for a crust?

Aside from the front of the new M3/M4 the rear wheel area sheet metal on the M3 is just plain odd. Not such a big deal in photos but in the flesh you can see the transition between curved, flat and then bulged wheel arches while trying to fit a door in there. Looks bloody fussy and does not flow.
The grille is no longer an issue for me (and the number plate breaks it up anyway), but yeah the treatment of the rear three-quarters is just weird, like a throw back to Bangle era "flame surfacing." Also where's the stance? Every M3 looks like it's poured over its wheelarches but the new one looks bulgy and the wheels look too small - even though they're probably 25" or something like everything else now.

They aren’t great. This was way worse. Seen one in the flesh?
Yeah, a couple I think. I tend to ignore the whole breed as a rule. only the really offensive stuff like the idiot hotted up ones tend to stand out as extra bad.

Can we all just agree that no dual cab ute looks good. It’s not meant to.
It’s only job is to not intentionally offend the eye. Some can’t manage that.

If I had my time again, I'd love to be a plumber. I reckon it's possibly the noblest of all jobs out there, and I've never met a grumpy plumber in my life.

Would be a hard job, but pretty rewarding. The guys I've worked with surveying on bigger residential and commercial jobs have been great to work with.

Is back!
Hope all is well and the "dreaded" is gone for good.
Pretty cool job, one would want to keep all the dogs though
It's tough when client dogs pass away or move on, i get attached to them all, even (almost especially) the difficult ones. I'm very good with elderly and special needs dogs, but that means high turnover, i lost 9 of my golden oldies in the past year :( currently sad because my favourite cocker spaniel pair have been rehomed due to family issues, too. I always said I'd love to have land and a mixed pack of dogs, this is the second best option :)
Pros are meeting all the cool doggos and being mobile, a job that keeps me moving plus raises my fitness level, because as i get more mobile i expand my work hours. Cons are difficult clients (owners) but really, no worse than when i worked in retail. And the ATO paperwork of running a microbusiness.
