    Little Things You Hate

Time to take it to a clothing designer/decorator for a makeover.

New Bike Park for Sydney - Glenworth Valley

I'll bet they build 15 km of green trails and a café.

What did you do TO / WITH / FOR your bike today!

I don't think you want to huck that to the flat. I watched an ambitious lad do that on the Stump Drop very early on in my Coomie relationship. It looked really uncomfortable.

What did you do TO / WITH / FOR your bike today!

That's awesome. Though I can still hear someone whinging that that's not a racing line....

Is it a bicycle or a motorbike? Fight Fight Fight

No. It's a technical term for vomit.

    "Great Southern Trails" project

Aaaah...the big beige blob of indifference strikes again.

    The stupid questions thread.

    Baffling.

What does your day look like?

No ash. Wind is moving favourably (though tomorrow is a total fire ban). Dust however is mostly my creation as mud bricks are made of dust.

Burners' Backyards: Veggies, Gardening, Landscape & Design

Only if the goats have nothing else they'd rather eat. Better off getting a contractor in with a spray drone and 10 litres of Grazon.

What does your day look like?

Bushfire. It's a screenshot from bushfire.io that compiles fire data from multiple sources like Sentinel Hotspots (which are the dots you see on the map). There's been a couple of Air Tractors doing water bombing most of the day...

What does your day look like?

So, yesterday, we started taking out the old and broken double hung windows and wall to insert a new sliding door. That'll arrive on Thursday. Then this popped up about three kilometres north of us...

    The bike industry crisis

My MD Goretex Windstopper jacket was labelled as 'vintage' by a store attendant in Melbourne around 2010. It still works.

    The HiFi thread

I went to a couple of Stereonet meets back in the day with some really interesting people. Terry's Frankenspeakers were really quite something...but the people were better. These days, nearly fifteen years later, I'm not sure the people are.

    Watchfest - Breitling & Omega

Due to the familial connection, I'll have a Roger W. Smith wristwatch thanks very much. George Daniels was a step uncle. And even though there's a little bit of him in every flash Omega... they're a bit too run of the mill.

    The HiFi thread

Cue the "I can make those shoelaces myself out of 'this' and 'that' for a quarter of that price...and they'll be even quieter!"
