Cheers Frank - I'm actually just in North Perth although I do have a place in Bridgetown. I was just saying to the wife I should buy a stationary bike.
Trains in Perth go to the bottom of the hill so no shuttling like Adelaide, even if I broke my wrist while doing that it was fun while it lasted! New train extension goes to Byford, but as with most of the hills here no sanctioned trails and no shuttle options. There have been proposed networks...
Couldn't find a thread on this. I have torn a shoulder tendon (full-thickness tear) with two dumb crashes in a row. Anyway I have been off the bike for 4 + weeks now - which really sucks, but am looking down the barrel of a much longer stint on the sidelines. I am waiting on surgeon appointment...
A mate brings his very occasionally when we ride in the permissible areas. Not a big deal for the rest of us but I think he finds it a bit restrictive. guess it depends on the dog/terrain etc.
There are dickheads riding surrons etc around on trails here in WA we can do without that and encouraging it. Me + motor and feeble legs probably = you and fit legs!
Hey I resemble that comment ... no false promises.. well the beer is only sometimes good I can't control what people order at the pub! Oh and shredding might be a generous description, similarly influencing and followers... ok it's nothing like me.
Very expensive little electric taxis ! But there was only so many times I could do that steep walk back up to my apartment! The village sans cars is awesome though
I too have jumped into the nano pond! How have you been finding battery life? I'm basically never recording more than an hour worth of video on a ride so I should be good, so long as I switch it off for the climbs!
I was considering replacing my Osmo Action with a Nano, I wear mine on my full face which is what I wear 90% of the time, be interesting to see how you go with battery life and stabilisation.
I see it is the Dirtlab frame you can buy that direct from them. https://bikelab-inc.com/collections/enduro-e-bike-frame-only-kit/products/paratu-cp-e-bike-frame-kit-incl-maxon-bikedrive-air-s-no-fork-shock $6K
Maybe I did see something that said they only had XL and small left in NZ to pre-order, maybe they just had a global shipping deal they are available in Europe too by end of the year apparently
