Changes into little cog when L screwed out. Confident that Hanger is straight. Cage is a question mark but looks by eye ok. Hanger was holding the X0, don't see thickness difference by eye, but I'll consider the washer/bolt idea.

Yeah, you've read me correct. I've understood it as L=low gear(big ring) H=high gear (small ring). And that's the way they seem to work. Happy to be corrected and told I'm a bumbling idiot. will check tomorrow in the light of day.

short cranks? Any tips on crank length and finding cranks with short arms? Been reading a little that suggests too long arms is very very bad!!!!! well, less than good any how.... But having trouble finding cranksets that have arms in 150mm range. How have others worked through this?
