I go to the gym a few times a week, do a bit of running (path and trail - both of which suck, in light of the fact that they involve running), in addition to road and mtb riding. Does an inability to sit still - leading to 15k steps a day when working from home - count?!
Cosmic Psychos in Haarlem (just outside Amsterdam) 16 April, TISM at PICA (Melbourne) 2 May.
Both very good for very different reasons, funnily enough....!
Went for a local bash and stumbled upon some singletrack I didn't know existed; evidently the local vehicle disposal crews of old were well aware of its presence....
Def Amstel for Amstel, became quite a fan of Duvel at the others, and throughout the trip. Decent % but Euro beers are way less carbonated than Aus beers and land a little less aggressively; still gotta monitor the consumption though!
In terms of sectors, we didn't get to Arenberg; we were in...
Strictly speaking this isn't what today looks like.....just got back from a few weeks in Europe, headed over for a mate's 50th to watch a few of the classics. Did it properly with the whole hospo packages, hence decent places from which to take pics. In order of posting Tour of Flanders, Paris -...

Another one hour random local bike path/fire trail/whatever spin. Bloody good fun, always discover a new link, track or path. 3 rides in the last 8 days is something of a record for me across the last couple of years. Feeling a real aversion to riding on the road of late!
Yes, of course I'd love to put 2 desks and 2 thingos of shelves together for you.....just let me prepare appropriately and buy that lithium screwdriver I've been meaning to buy.
First ride in 6 weeks or so yesterday. Was working from home and last meeting got cancelled so thought I'd do an hour in 30 degree heat, which in itself is unusual for me. Kitted up, jumped on the roadie.....di2 dead. Jumped on the hardtail to hit the bike paths, 10 min in I reached down for a...
That was a cracker. Ron from TISM was in a wheelchair, the provided reason being that it was for a fractured retina! If memory serves me correctly, Fiona Horne's top left little to the imagination.
