    Arm of derailure contacting cassette

Do the jockey wheels have any clearance if you change the angle: http://www.rotorburn.com/forums/showthread.php?306503-Arm-of-derailure-contacting-cassette&p=3106406&viewfull=1#post3106406

A flatter angle might make it clear the cassette.

    Arm of derailure contacting cassette

I don't that it is a direct mount hanger, didn't this bike originally have a SRAM rear derailleur. Carbon frame from a different year to the OP's aluminium frame. Post a photo of the derailleur setup like the first photo but with the bike flat on the ground so the angles that the...

    Level Betty brakes

They were 51mm IS mounts, a completely different size. IS mounts can still be found on new bikes, the 22mm mounts haven't been put on bikes for probably 15 years or more and only a few companies used this type of mount on their frames.

    Level Betty brakes

If the rear disc brake mount is on the chainstay and the bolt holes are 22mm apart, I suggest that you forget about a rear disc brake and stick with a v-brake. 22mm calipers haven't been made for a long time and if you were to find one, it wouldn't be any better then a v-brake.

    27.5" fork, tapered, 120-150mm travel and a 20mm axle

Re-shim the ABS+ damper from a Jump Stack to a Trail Stack and put a lighter coil spring in the ACT Air Spring (depending on your weight). Doing that would convert the Circus from a DJ fork to a trail/xc fork that's basically the same as a Minute Expert/LTD.

It is for a Hope brake and won't attach to your bar unless you put something on the other side of it. + Clapton clamp and XTR adapter: http://www.trickstuff.de/en/products/clapton_KL.php Probably cheaper to buy a new shifter then buy the trikstuff parts.

    New Forks: Manitou or Rockshox

Not necessarily, if it's a OEM model you might not be able to do that. OEM Manitou forks are usually set to maximum travel, this was recently discussed in a thread on MTBR where someone bought a 100mm OEM Marvel Pro, they thought that they could increase the travel to 120mm, they opened the...
