I have a 2009 Reba Team that has ~3mm of play at the top of the stroke i.e. unsagged. It makes a knocking sound as it moves to the bottom of this 3mm, before it begins to compress normally into its stroke. The play seems to be up & down, not side to side. Also, the fork doesn't have any play...
