Sure cyclecover may have been the cheaper, more appropriate option for you as it seems you don't need racing cover but you cannot compare the cover on price alone...

Velosure are currently undergoing a revamp of their policy to include exactly what you are asking for. I am unsure of the release date (expect end July at this stage) but Velosure will be contacting all existing clients to offer this extension of cover once the new wording is finalised...
