Went for a Ride down St Helenas firetrail on the weekend only to find that it has been graded all the way to the Crater, and is now like a highway. Such a pity to see that sweet, technical, single track disappear, but I guess it was a fire trail.

I am looking to swap out the standard Scott Nude shock for a RP23 on my Spark. Has anyone else done this and can they tell me what Rebound Tuning and Compression Tuning they used/is best for the frame?
