get a roadie derailuer, like a 105 or something, there like 150, when u say u cant afford better then deore, and u wanna buy sram. an x.0 derailuer is somewhere near 300, and a deraileur is gonna get smashed wether its sram or shimano so why spend 300 when for 150 u can do the same thing.

if ur worried about the frame being too big, well then just drop the rear travel down. there is like 3 travel settings on the norcos, like 8, 7 and 6 inches in the rear. and by changing this the geometery is altered. eg the standover height could be lower. dont worry about the manitous...

yup tracey is 15 and fast, tai lee only got her by 31 seconds, it may be a bit but isnt much when u consider her first race was about a year ago, dunno how long tai has been racing for. tracey will rip shit up in years to come and it wont surprise many of us up here if she goes all the way.

the orange calipers didnt come stock on those stinkys. the 02 stinkys came stock with hayes 6 inch mechanical beasts. i think the calipers were in the 01 or 02 hayes line up although im not 100% sure on that.

go the i-drive or the mindbomb, also have u tried toys r us for an idrive, as i work at one in cairns and at the moment there is a deal on idrives for $5100 for the complete bike, team boxxers, hayes, xtr. and toys r us is a chain so im pretty sure the same deal runs through all of the stores...
