The Mach 6 is supposed to be a very good do it all enduro machine. Curious to know how it rides compared to a 5.7. This review is pretty good:

Mean looking bike! I like the black with orange logo like yours, best looking color I think.

I have 2010 XT disc brakes on my Pivot Mach 4 and would like to upgrade to the new ones. Is it ok if i just buy the new lever and caliper and keep my current disc rotors? They are centrelock and look similar to the new ones. or would performance suck??
Cheers,
Billy
Yeah agree Klingsporn is ideal for a 5-6 inch all mountain rig. I took my Ellsworth down it but wish i had bigger rotors than 6" on the front, 8" woulda been perfect.
Copperhead trail sounds good - is that open yet? and how long is it?
Hi Guys,
Where is the best place for AM riding in Vic? You Yangs has some gnarly ish trails. I'm not talking double diamond or anything like that, more so just fun stuff with boulders. Is there anywhere else?
Also keen to know where the best AM riding is in Australia?
Just got a 2010 Pivot Mach 4 and wow what a ride. So stiff, balanced and responsive. The DW link is fantastic. Smashed it around You Yangs yesterday had more fun than I think is legal with your pants on.
Its like a forward hop but instead of pre-loading backwards and shooting forward with your body, you pre-load down (as if crouching on the pedals) and explode upwards, releasing the brake at the same time and taking the bike up instead of forward.
hi
Hi Guys,
Billy from Melbourne here. Looking to buy a new mountain bike soon, possibly a Liteville 301 or Cannondale Jekyll not sure. Hoping to get some good information here. Cheers.
