I don't have an RP23 to test, but if you can loosen the Torx 6 screw on the ProPedal lever and rotate the lever around like you can with the RP2, then there should be no problem fitting the kit to an RP23.

There is a an adjustable cable stop behind there which is designed to fit the groove on the back of the lever. The black heat shrink tube that you can see holds the cable stop against the lever. The advantage of this arrangement is that it is completely reversible if you want to take it off...

The Fox set-up looks really sweet, but they don't sell the remote parts as a retro-fit kit unfortunately. That's why I've put together the aftermarket kit listed above.
