Yep what flamshmizer said, buy a kit there relativly cheap on ebay and fluid is about 10 bucks for a litre bottle which will do many bleeds, there a heaps of videos on youtube on how to do them by avid tech, in my opinion they are very easy to do.

time to learn how to do your own bearings i think, its very simple, took me about 1 hour for all eight bearings without special tools. put some lube on and rode my bike today.

well i just use a screw driver, theres a slot at the rear of the crown usually that i put it in the just give it a little tap up to brake it free, my 2 cents
