What model 36?Hi guys, just wondering if it is possible to increase the travel of an old fox 36 float, probs from around 05ish era.
Hoping maybe an extra 20mm of travel is possible without a lot of money, cheers for any good news
Tis just a 36 R, pretty basic model I thinkWhat model 36?
Damn it, seems like I am screwed. Shall have to hunt aut a longer travel fork whenst I become rich, 30 million tonight, 4 games purchased, definitely on a winner.Would this help? I remember Simon at the MTB Suspension Centre mentioning that adding or removing spaces was all that was needed. The 07 Float 36 appears to have 160mm max travel though.

1 1/8 seems unachievable though1.5 or 1 1/8 steerer?
If you are talking to me, not really looking at selling them, they are on my only duallie.Any chance you want to sell them ?
I'm interested.1.5 or 1 1/8 steerer?
I do have a 1.5 steerer Totem that I could be persuaded to swap for a 36 Float, either that or i need to reduce the travel on the TotemI'm interested.
I haven't got anything to swap, but I do have some cash or magic beans. If you'd like to sell them shoot me some details. If you decide to reduce their travel, shoot me some pics of them in action!! What frame are they connected too?I do have a 1.5 steerer Totem that I could be persuaded to swap for a 36 Float, either that or i need to reduce the travel on the Totem
Currently the SS...which would look killer with 160 TotemsI haven't got anything to swap, but I do have some cash or magic beans. If you'd like to sell them shoot me some details. If you decide to reduce their travel, shoot me some pics of them in action!! What frame are they connected too?
I think @Knuckles (haven't seen him on here for a long time) really slammed a set of totems a fee years ago and posted a pic of them on a dj bike. Pretty much everything looks good with them on!Currently the SS...which would look killer with 160 Totems
