06 glory question?

hey everyone
just a few days ago i got a 2006 giant glory
i was just wondering if i should leave the shock cover on or off?
because i have seen people with it on and some people having it taken off aswell.

leave it on it protects the shaft of the shock from rock hits when they get thrown up and also stops the shock area filling with mud. Oh and i can tell you from previous glory experience that if you run a minion on the front that it will throw rocks into the shock area at speed. also by some clear 3m tape and cover the downtube in it.

Run with it on at all times in my opinion. It's there to stop mud and crap getting flicked into the shock from the front tyre and if you've ever ridden in the mud etc you'll know just how much crap gets flicked up into that area. Even in dusty conditions it's a good idea to run it, stops dust and stones etc.

i do run a minion up ront and i have noticed alot of dirt being flicked into the frame
