Looks good, so many bikes coming out lately with single pivot... where's all the floating pivots gone?,,:(

THis is carbon isn't it so cracking issues of the Al frames will be gone... Wonder where they're made...

They have had massive issues with testing their carbon frames, they have all cracked ;) i wonder if evil will finally get there act together and warranty all those cracked alu frames this year.....

Looks good... but... Have spoken in a fair amount of depth with a guy in the industry who had a cracked on of these.. his personal opinion was that while the old frames were a dodgy make, the problem lies more with the linkage design placing too much force of parts of the frame that arent built up enough to handle it. The performance of the suspension is great.. but it came at a cost eventually - cracks. Hopefully this new carbon version can stand up to those forces better than the alloy and the first carbon one.

my understanding was they cracked the early proto version of the swing arm (alloy) later versions are all good. although the pics look like they are still using alloy chain stay?

Brook MacDonald had heaps of praise for the Evil saying he loved how it rode, and he said that while aboard his new Mondraker, so not a paid comment from him.
