Managed to squeeze a 3.0 rocket ron up on a non boost pike & a 2.8 nobby nic out back.

Pike in 150mm (vs 140mm) to make up for lower overall wheel height.
XX1 cranks @ 170mm
Tune king kong hubs / nextie 40-33 carbon rims
XT brakes with ice tech rotors
XT / XTR 11-40 drivetrain

Pardon my poor phone camera skills. Hope this is better. A makeshift bike rack to minimise footprint in my garage till i find a better solution.

Got the fork & shock serviced after 1yr of mostly garaged life. Had a quik test ride outside pump track after getting it back.

Got an “oem” set of rovals 29 wheels as have 27.5+ wheels will be going to another bike built.
