But its Tough , i love to cook and thus Eat , i eat well , but stuff just tastes soon goooood
However , no smoking , almost zero alcohol , soft drink maybe once a fortnight . rest is balanced home cooked fresh food .
There is a Great Book by Dr John Tickle -' Eat Right for your type '
Essentially his recommendation is to eat non processed foods - or you , take responsibility for what goes in - knowing that there will be side effects .
Eat what you want , but don't complain when it kills you later . ( or severely restricts your lifestyle )
