Damn fish eye lense strikes again.

For reference….it’s old school…they had a higher BB from stock than what’s considered cool these days. Angleset is helping that, but after test ride, I may still drop back to 160 fork.
Currently around 345mm with 170mm.

Oh man, what did I miss?

First proper fang today. Couple of hours doing ride ups at Black Hill. I’ve missed the ploughing capability of a Rune. So good. Geo feels spot on now that it’s slackened a bit.
Bloody rattly chain guide drove me insane. Same guide, almost all same drivetrain, same frame essentially, all coming off the Spitty. Only difference is chain is a little long as spitty had 46t cassette. I’ll knock a couple of links out and hope that sorts it.

All in all, loved it. Good to be home.

Prob a good idea to debur that hole inside and out. Seems like theres a run on cracked Banshees lately. Stress risers are bad m'kay.

Was cleaned up with a fine file, but I’ll give it more of a tidy up.
