Any tips for anyone that's done their YOU session recently? General advice would be good but I'm specifically after advice in regards to the extra questions I'll get asked going for an officer position. I've seen mention of a short response/ mini essay that I'll need to do, does anyone know what the topic is or will I need to think of my own? I'm really good with numbers but not so much with English, so this part has me worried a bit.
Also re dress code, I've settled on a dress shirt and pants but what about tie or no tie?

from what I have seen of the poor little rich kids at officer cadet training, Arse'less chaps wouldn't go astray!
Any cadet training is pretty much a waste of air. I'm going to scream at the next cadet I see wearing his or her cover incorrectly just for shots and giggles.
