These arrived today. First set of hex keys I've had with concave head. Is this on all wera keys.

Was the first set I ever had with concaved flats, they work pretty good.

I remember several years ago having a set of allen keys with a plastic shroud on them... maybe Bondhus or something, cant remember. Had them rolling about in a tool box, the plastic sheath got all scraped and worn, looked like shit.

Decided that the shrouded Wera keys would be workshop only as my travelling tool box had a set in there already.

Still looking sharp after a year or so.

That went well, didnt strip one bolt or round any bolt heads. Its a miricle.
Seriously though they do seem to fit nice and snug into the bolt heads.
My daughter is going to love all the pretty colours. Bet I don't have a full set after the weekend.

Another f-ing standard where an established standard works perfectly well - it's like the boost BB all over again - there has been a colour code since before Schwinn added a spring fork and fat tire to handle the abuse of teenage boys in 1930.
2mm is red
2.5mm is red/green (sans gold stripe as unlikely to confuse this with a 25mm)
3mm is orange
4mm is yellow
5mm is green
6mm is blue
7mm is violet
8mm is grey
9mm is white
10mm is brown/black
