Any Zwifters out there?

Crazy men ! Reckon my longest was around 2.5 hours, that's about my limit indoors.

Would like the plain grey 100km kit... but the time on a stationary bike

Was piddling rain here this morning, so an easy decision to ride under cover haha.
Did give me a scare when the rain caused my internet to drop out and lost connection in Zwift for 30 sec just as I hit the bottom of the Alpe. Thought I would get to the end and it wouldn't recognise the achievement haha.

That would be shit to lose a big ride like that.

Zwift owes me a lot of lost km's from back in the early days of running it off an old stand-alone PC. Clawed a few back recently using the coffee break for a toilet run, still got a bit of bladder urgency going after last years little medical procedure.

For some reason, sitting on a bike brings it on... usually I just piss in the bush but Zwift doesn't stop so the coffee break option is a godsend. 2 minute break - clip clopping through the living room when we have guests is not a pretty sight, sweaty MAMIL with roadie shoes and chamois shorts only, gut hanging out and apologising to err friends for the sight :p

I don't know if you recall my early dramas before finding the soft embrace of apple tv?

It wasn't until my 4th attempt that I got to the end of Uber without having it drop-out.

Was almost to the point of being mildly annoying.

That would crush me. Might have even sent me riding outdoors again haha.

Happy to see that all of the TDF climb portal options are "on demand" and not just on the monthly calendar!

Recovering from the latest phlegm producing import from child care but hope to get Col De La Coillole done in well under 1HR

Check this cheeky bugger out, 100% effort bloke tea-cups me while I'm doing a 50% effort Co du Galibier, me cruising 3-4% at 22-26kph, him supposedly climbing 8% at 22-26kph, glued to me. Was going to stop but I clicked on his profile and seen old Derek Milner was 69yrs old, so I gave him a tow and a 'ride on', he deserved the rest.

Bottom. Halfway down the descent, the polka dot jersey appeared on my shoulders... fark knows

Haven't done a proper ramp test yet, but just gave the Grade a full effort.
Apparently my ftp jumped 25w!

Then did the grade a coupe more times at a more reasonable pace and finally ticked off the Tron :) Now on to the Fire socks lol.

Good work ! Tron and FTP. The FTP increase is a good feeling... and a curse.

Mine went to 263w a while back. The next few workouts I did, the 125% FTP efforts murdered me and on my normal rides, my effort graph was all blues & greens with the occasional yellow peak and little red spikes.

I manually moved it back down to 220w, I see its moved to 227w but thats alright. 263w was a little bit too much.
