Press Release for WE THE PEOPLE - BLACK HILL TRAILS JAM
"There are two main reasons behind the comp. Firstly we are collecting footage for Black Phoenix Films summer film release as well as shooting some footage for the Ride BMX UK dvd.
Secondly we are opening a store in newcaslte on the 1st of July and we are really interested in getting a regular Dirt Comp scene going. This comp is about letting everyone know we are here and to gauge the level of interest from the local scene.
Everyone at Black Phoenix Films is stoked to be involved with the upcoming comp and the sponsors support has been a huge help. We hope to get a big turnout and see some big stuff getting thrown down for the camera. If you have sponsors and want some exposure, you need to be there, and better still if you have the skills there is some cash floating about aswell. Ride on."

Two bits of good news in there, firstly the comp should rock. But possibly even better - "we are opening a store in newcaslte on the 1st of July" - Newcastle might actually get a bike shop that knows there shit and has decent customer service.[/u]
