Its not bikes, but what a bargain! Grab the whole ones, the salsa is mostly mushrooms. Sure it isnt the same as farm fresh, but that isnt an easy option here at this time of the year.

Oooooh i like that one. I make my truffle butter with just butter and truffles. This upgrade cpuld really set Christmas on fire.

I really didn't think much of them, admittedly I've only had black truffles before so these were something new to me. No aroma and bugger all flavour, with no after taste. I'll wait for the local blacks to be in season, I might even get lucky next year with an inoculated hazelnut.

I have been a lucky fellow over the years, an ex-gf owned a truffle business. I freaking love them but after a few months of them being on everything...

These Italian ones certainly aren't the same as a fresh one, but I find they give a bit of a flavour pop.
