Not sure what your local bike shops are like in Italy but I'd be inclined to try and support them.

If not, I'd wait till after Christmas and see what specials pop up.

Just missed a good sale on pikes on CRC, they had them the cheapest ive ever seen plus an extra $75 off

I did but I'm moving on 16th of january and I'going to build a new bike there, they asked me 400€ for bike shipping one way. I decided to sell it and support australian economy

You don't pay import duty on items under $1000 coming to Australia from European sellers , but in Italy as part of the euro zone you still have to pay the sellers country VAT.

So I'm getting that you are returning to oz from Italy in January . I would order pikes from bike component .de or bike-discount.de . Then do a seperate order for the groupset keeping it under $1000.
