I know i am probably putting this in the wrong section, but i know Schacksta lurks around xc, so here goes!
Saturday myself and mate were riding Long Angle in the mountains, i got a flat on tubeless which was no problem except the spare was schrader valved, this was a problem requiring a walk home, my mate volunteered to ride back home and get the car so we could repair and get going!
So as i am walking home when this freindly face drives up which i recognise as schacksta, he has seen my predicament and hopped in his car and came and offered a spare tube and a track pump to get it up!..I am stunned by this generous act, i didn't need it as it turned out because my mate had arrived with my car.
But this is a shout out to schacksar for going to the trouble of offering his help, it astounded me then and it had a smile on my face for the rest of the day!!
Thank you for everything schacksta!..You are what mtbing is all about!
