I've got an old terrace house, so I just put some sleeves in hammer-drilled holes. No slipping has been seen so far!That's a nice tidy solution to getting a bike out the way. I might just look into something similar.

Also works for a lot crooks. Heard of so many bikes nicked from those cages I’d never leave a bike in one of those.Locked cage in the carpark of an apartment complex seems to work for some.
